Abstract:

Director Aaron Schneider helms this feature drama starring Robert Duvall as Felix Bush, a recluse who has resided in a forest in Tennessee for 40 years. When he hears some of the townspeople talking about another hermit who has recently died, Felix decides to arrange his own 'living funeral', with the assistance of funeral director Frank Quinn (Bill Murray). Felix hopes the event will enable him to clear up the rumours that have been spread over the years and, perhaps, he will finally reveal what led him to shut himself off from the world.
